Eeesh. It does make it hard, that's for sure. I used to have some "connections" in Sarasota when I was traveling all over the place for work, but I don't any longer. The hotels over there are pricey, that's true.
Is there any chance you can stay outside of Sarasota and drive in for the wedding and rehearsal and all that stuff? :unsure: I know you probably want some amount of convenience given all your driving.
When we there in August I was able to book the Hyatt Place for about 55$ a night thru Priceline but this time around I am paying almost 300 for two nights at the Hampton Inn. The good news is that there is a great sports bar just outside the hotel that I love.

It's Spring Break "season," Wendy. I think it starts next week? :unsure: As we approach Easter it will get more and more hectic and expensive here, until the week after Easter when it will fall off a bit again until May when schools of all levels begin to release for summer.
Spring Break already, my goodness where is the time going this year.
