Not that I've noticed. :unsure:
To my knowledge, not in the rooms; however, I believe it is available to guests in some *common areas* (including poolside at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort). The charge is $4.99 for the first 60 minutes or $9.95 for 24 continuous hours. If you've not got a Wireless interface cards (WIC) you can purchase one in resort business centers.
