epcot tours?

has anyone tried any of these? I think theres a nature one which looks good seeds or something?

We did the Behind the Seeds tour many years ago. It was a fascinating tour and after it was over we thought we would go into the food court and get us a nice big salad. However, this was before they revamped the Sunshine Seasons and there were no salads to be had. :(
