Disney hopes to make the Fairies as popular as the princesses have been with a swathe of new initiatives
Pixie Hollow will open in the Magic Kingdom on Octover 24th in Toon Town. Guests will travel through a corridor and shrink from human to fairy size whilst travelling through a fairy tale world. There will be stories as well as meet and greet, autograph and photograph opportunities.

Walt Disney World has released a new press photo showing off real life Tinker Bell and the rest of the Disney Fairies (Silvermist, Fawn, Iridessa and Rosetta) that will appear in the secret world of Pixie Hollow.
It was also mentioned that guests will be able to hear Tinker Bell speak for the very first time.
The press release also confirmed that the environment here will give the impression that guests are being shurnk down to Fairy size for this encounter
