Florida Residents (proof of residency required) : $100
Annual & Seasonal Passholder (both Florida & non-resident): $75
Second Membership for Spouse or Partner: $50
Lost or Replacement Card: $50
A charge of 18% gratuity will be added to all transactions, regardless of party size. A charge of 20% gratuity will be added to all transactions at Victoria & Alberts.
At that point, it's worth doing the math to see if it's even worth the cost.

I take it that some sort of members discount for dinning at WDW?
It is a dining discount card that FL residents and AP holders can purchase. YOu get 20% off food and alcohol in most of Disney's sit down restaurants. You can also get the discount in the value resorts food courts since they don't have a sit down restaurant.
