Th Great Disney Secrets Geocaching Hide a Thon Thing
 shoulda worked on the name
For those infamiliar with geocaching go Here and register
read about it , buy an App fpr your phone or a GPS and get out there and start having fun it is an epic way of getting yourself and your family out in the wide open.
One of the great joys ( and there are many) is setting up your own cache for others to find and it shows you how to do this here.
Now the idea is we set up a series of Disney Secrets Caches and alot each of them a number
my idea would be
wisneysecrets.com #1 - (insert rough area of cache location)
etc
These could well extend around the globe and if you are on holiday you could specifically go and try and find a cache started by one of our members.
Right first things first I think what we should do is start by asking anyone genuinely interested in setting a cache to sign up below and I shall give everyone a number - best you are registered and happy with caching before we get started and there is no time limit on this as I see no reason on earth why this cannot carry on.
I also have other ideas involving a wdisneysecrets geocoins ;)
Re: Th Great Disney Secrets Geocaching Hide a Thon Thing
I'm in.
I have never hidden a cache but I only started geocaching on saturday.
My local area would be Devils dyke/Ditchling beacon.

Re: Th Great Disney Secrets Geocaching Hide a Thon Thing
Nothing to stop you planting one 'skip :D
Re: Th Great Disney Secrets Geocaching Hide a Thon Thing
Very true SW....may have to do just that.
Would we host it here or on a geocaching site so the public could see it?
Re: Th Great Disney Secrets Geocaching Hide a Thon Thing
Oh they would all e official geocaches through the geocache website listed above - one of the joys is seeing all the people visit them :D
