Journey To The Center Of The Earth coming to Animal Kingdom?

As part of the new rumored revision of Beastly Kingdom (set to open in 2012/2013), Journey to the Center of the Earth will be this sections main attraction. It will be very similar to the attraction of the same name that is at Tokyo's DisneySeas.

It's the next generation Test Track ride system that will create a massive high speed dark ride experience. Another rumor says this ride will included the largest Animantroic character Disney has ever built.

Of course they are just waiting for the bigwigs approval.

I have always been holding my breath waiting for the Beastly Kingdom to come true!!

I vote for a big old dragon..would they live in the center of the earth? no? dang..:(

From what I have read Disney is moving away from making dragons a big part of Beastly Kingdom because of the dragon being a larger part of the Harry Potter Park @ Universal. There was supposed to have been a Dueling Dragons rollercoaster as part of BK but that idea has been scrapped. :thumbsdown:

its sounds really interesting... then again, I got a bit scared on dinosaur....

OOooh, we watched the film yesterday and were all saying how great this would be as a ride :)
