Need Help deciding where tp stay with 3 boys aged 2, 4, and 7

Hello,

If anyone has some suggestions on where to stay with 3 boys aged 2,4, and 7 that would be great. We will be driving, but we want to stay on site. What is convenient? What works best without lots of waking?

Thanks!

The All Star Music Resort has family suites available. Also Port Orleans Riverside has rooms in Alligator Bayou that can handle 5, with a trundle bed. Most of the onsite Villas would accommodate you also but they are much more expensive. There may also be others. An additional thing is that you could request two rooms with a connecting door and any of the resorts.

I don't know if All Star Sports has suites but, it's a pretty fun resort.
I stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and it's a fun resort. Very nice. Lots of activities.
The Animal Kingdom resorts look nice, too.

Hello and Welcome to Disney Secrets!

Much will depend upon how much you have budgeted for the lodging. There are very nice two bedroom villas at the DVC resorts and they would accommodate your family very nicely.

When you say not too much walking, I'm not sure what you mean? Any resort that is large (like POFQ, OKW, SSR, CBR, etc.) will have buses for internal (and external, of course) use.

No they do not have suites at All Star Sports. Only Music has the suites.

Welcome!

The Cont may be a good option if money is not an object. Great location to MK where you will probably spend most of your time. Or WL with a bunk bed room. Since one of the boys is under 3, you can stay at any resort since you still can count as four.

We love CSR but it is a large resort as are most of the mods. POFQ is the smallest mod.

Hi!!

We stayed at POR in 2007 and loved it's laid back atmosphere - pretty themeing and as we were in POR in the Alligator Bayou section, there was a trundle bed under one of the beds, so the room slept 5 easily.

The food court is ace here - loads of choice, room and and clean and tidy - as well as lovely themed areas. The reception is very pretty and the buses seem to be fine if you are not renting/taking a car to WDW. I believe POR is an absolute gem - the walk from Riverside to French Quarter along the river is lovely. x

The only resort I know of with a trundle is Port Orleans Riverside but their may be others. I'm also not sure if when you book if you are promised a room with this because I think they are only in certain buildings.

The DVC rooms are pricier & but some now offer in the 1BR units an additional fold out single bed from a chair along with the sofa bed. That would sleep 5 comfortabley or if you don't mind sharing your bed with a child, the DVC 1BR units have a king size bed which would easily hold two parents& a 3 year old.

As far as walking, my experience is you do a lot of walking everywhere at WDW, lol. Prepare yourself for that. You can research room locations in some resorts & request a room close to bus stops which will help.
