We stayed there 2 years ago and liked the hotel a lot. The employees were all very friendly. The pool is nice but gets kind of crowded especially at night. There are great restaurants(Palm and Emerils) to choose from. We did the Luau Show one night and it was ok. Margaritavilles is a short walk from the hotel. Have fun

Re: royal pacific resort

i'm still undecided with this and the hard rock hotel. Was looking to go in a deluxe club room at the hard rock as it has 2 beds and a sleeper sofa but the thought of being a short walk from Margaritaville...................

Re: royal pacific resort

The Luau show wasnt all that great. It was 3 ladies in grass skirts who danced and there was some audience participation but it is no where near the level of the show over at the Polynesian.
