According to reports around the net, Animal Kingdom has been taking dining reservations later than the park was due to be open so some hours have been extended.

August 16 to August 22
Africa and Asia will remain open until 6pm (rest of park is scheduled to close at 5pm)

August 23 to August 31
Africa and Asia will remain open until 7pm (rest of park is scheduled to close at 5pm)
