We saw the construction at Castaway Cay. It is pretty extensive.

We also saw the Flying Dutchman (I hope my photos came out) and Jack posing for photos.

We didn't get Jack either. The family members with us didn't want to stand on line for the photo op, so we passed on by. He looked like a good Jack though!
