Do you like butter? Do you like garlic? Do you like biggish button mushrooms? Do you like brioche?
Then you'll like escargot done in the petite brioche. They taste only like whatever you put on them (butter and garlic in this case, with a bit of parsley) and have the texture of a button mushroom (whole).
What's not to like?

Then you won't like escargot. It is definitely a textural thing. It is exactly like biting into a cooked whole button mushroom.

hmmm I don't know if I have texture issues......I don't like chewy seafood at all.
