      can anyone tell me where the ticket place at downtown disney is where we will be able to get our annual passes exchanged for the printed voucher is?

      I believe you can do that at Guest Services. It's in the building that used to house the air brush t-shirts... it's between Team Mickey and the photo pass/princess photo place. There are signs for it.
