what a horrendous start to your holiday , i would be straight on the phone to virgin giving them chapter and verse on the flught demanding compensation to its fullest ,as for the villa how can somebody leave it in that state its disgusting so sorry you had to endure this after such a horrendous flight

OMG -can't believe this happened in UC - I can understand how upset you got! Your day just seemed to go from bad to worse. I hope you managed to get the villa & your car sorted & you must report the flight to Virgin!
