      News Apollo 11’s Buzz Aldrin, welcomes Buzz Lightyear back to Earth in Disney parade

      Live from the Magic Kingdom our roving reporters Wendy and Chris send the following report and photos. Our thanks to them for rushing back to upload the photos for us!

      Today's special parade at the Magic Kingdom was in honour of Disney's space ranger Buzz Lightyear who returned from space on Sept. 11, aboard space shuttle Discovery's STS-128 mission after 15 months aboard the International Space Station.

      Buzz Aldrin, second man on the moon, and Michael Fincke who has just returned from the ISS accompanied him at the Magic Kingdom. Buzz Aldrin was later signing copies of his book at the Exposition Hall.

      Michael Fincke said that Buzz had been a model astronaut! but had not eaten anything for the whole time!
