Castaway Cay Excursion

Has anyone done the walking and kayak nature adventure on Castaway Cay? Is it worth the money?

All my DW and I ever do on Castaway Cay is go to Serenity Bay, lay on a beach chair and watch the waves roll in.

Oh yeah... and eat!

This is what we ended up doing as well. It was great since we were the first ones there and had our pick of the beach. Ended up sleeping in a hammock for 2 hours and then "tried" to get up and ended up flipping over on my back. Everybody got a good laugh from it including myself.
