      The Princess and the Frog

We took Tatiana to the movies for the first time ever on Saturday...

Being a children's film it was only shown in Spanish, so I wont talk about the character voices and such...

LOVED the fact that it is a cartoon, meaning it at least looks handmade... like drawn, not computer generated...
The jazz music is also amazing!

The film itself? I thought it was just ok, it was good to pass the time, but I didnt feel it was as magical as other Disney princess films.... ... most of the kids in the cinema got tired, got up, started talking, walking around,etc... so you could tell it wasnt an "engaging film", plus some of the scenes are down right scary

As for Tatiana.. she LOVED it... for 1 hour, after that she asked for her blankie and bottle and took a nap... hahahaha

Re: The Princess and the Frog

We took Seth when he was two, to see the then new Curious George movie. Same thing, the exciting bits held his attention, but there were slow times where he lost interest. He did laugh so hard at one part he had the entire cinema laughing with him.

I've not heard much about the new movie, so I appreciate your review!
