Magic Kingdom Wishes Dessert Party to close January 3rd 2010

This very popular addition to the magic kingdom in 2009 brought a lovely view of wishes whilst providing a fine range of cakes, drinks and wonderful chocolates, YUM!

The latest information is that the party will be entering a period of refurb as of January 3rd 2010 which is definitely better than saying it's canceled altogether but not quite as good as telling us when it will return.

Some sources are speculating on a Spring return. Fingers crossed because although not cheap, this is a really good way to see Wishes and we hope it returns

I wonder if it's because this is the "slow season?"

Perhaps they didn't think they'd get enough guests to participate? Can't imagine that! Or maybe it's too cold weather wise, or too uncertain weather wise?

We'll have to wait and see if it returns!
