I can only imagine how that leather suitcase smelled, in a good way of course.

I need something when I go to a conference in October and when I start traveling for internship interviews this coming winter.

Speaking of smell...

I checked out a couple of cases in Marshall's. Man did they stink! I can't imagine getting the odor out of the case. Your clothes would stink too.

If you do look in off market places be sure the thing doesn't smell like the bottom of an oil pit!

How is samsonite?

I can`t speak highly enough about the after sales service of Samsonite.
Last year one of the wheels on one of our cases was damaged en-route back from Florida and Samsonite sent me replacements free of charge even though the case was years old.

See? That's a great recommendation! I know my Da used Samsonite for his secondary suitcase (a much larger one than the leather one that I mentioned earlier in the thread). I think he still has that one too! It was a hard side case.
