Have you ever been chosen to take part in a WDW/SW/US etc show or parade?
Would love to hear all about it :

DH played the captain once on the Backlot Tour and he was the guy they pick on at the Clyde and Seamore show who sings "I'm a Little Teapot"
We were once asked to be in Macey's Parade at US but declined as we really wanted to watch the parade. We were also begged to go on Fear Factor once.....as if!!!!!!

Yes, I was, and it wasn't because I wanted to be picked!
Rick, our DD's and I went to Disney Studios (When it was MGM) and wanted to see the sound effects show..now I can't even remember the name of it!
The CM came out and was asking for volunteers for the show, and I started jumping up and down and pointing to Rick!!!! And they chose me! I didn't do very well, but it was a lot of fun doing the sound effects!

Two years later, it was Rick, me, our DD's and my Mom standing in line waiting to get into the same show....the CM comes out and asks for Volunteers and my entire family starts pointing to me... I just KNEW they were going to get picked. Nope, it was me again. and messed up in the SAME place I did that first time I was picked. I thought Rick was going to hurt something laughing so hard!

I was asked to be captain on the backlot tour as well! My sister was asked to be in it on another trip. We had such fun with it!

my Dad was on who wants to be a millionaire, terrible picture but you're not allowed to take them in there so was trying to be discreet lol

Ours was in DLRP in the daytime parade in Disney Studios this Jan.

I don't know if it was so much as we were *asked* that trip as Alysia just *made it happen*

Somehow I got roped into it w/ her ;-) It was fun though!!

Andrew's been chosen for loads of things...he must just have *that face*

The ex was on WWTBAM, he did pretty well if I recall

Baleigh was sang to by Four For A Dollar (the preshow entertainers at the B&B show) on her birthday a couple of years ago

Yes! He owns half of Topman!

Oh, Oh! I forgot! I had to be the navigator or whatever in Rhino Rally in Busch Gardens. The driver made fun of me the whole way around

My DH did this too. He loved it and it's such fun to watch.
The best thing was that I got to stand right at the front so was able to take some fantastic photos.
