I think for that level you need to drop the black onein the V made by the wall and the crates which clears a lot of the debris then send a yellow one or 2 speeding straight at him

the blue ones will the yellow ones go faster the white ones drop eggs and the black ones expolode the red ones are just bouncy

when they introduce a new bird they do give you a splash creen showing you what they do

you dont expect me to read the instructions surely?!?!?!?!
