      agreed!

      Now if it's between POR and DTD I've been on those boats when we've nearly hit those smaller ones. The folks in those smaller ones often seem to dart in and out so this really doesn't surprise me at all.

      The captains of those boats really seem to be into their jobs and really seem to care (it's always seemed to me) so hmmmm without knowing all the facts of course, I think I know which side I believe.
