Travel City Direct or Virgin?

ok confused officially confused!

Someone said travel city direct is virgin now? is it? does it use all the virgin planes or do they have their own or what?

Totally confused, theyre definitely cheaper than virgin holidays so why would they be if they use the same planes?

Anyway, havent looked at the link, but Virgin bought TCD last year i think? We've booked with them to go in November this year, lots cheaper than virgin and from what i can see you get all the same things. All my payments are made on VH website, and i go to VA to book seats, meals etc. We are flying out in a virgin lane - infact its the same flight number and time as when we went back in 2008!
