Re: hooters family friendly?
I guess it depends on how your family feels about the way the women are dressed. Lots of people consider it immodest. The ladies all wear short shorts and t-shirts. I don't consider any of it to be too revealing but some folks do. The menu is extremely family friendly.
There are a couple in Orlando and I'm thinking that the one on Kirkman Road may be closest to Disney.

Re: hooters family friendly?
yep what John said

I think anyone going to a Disney park would see clothes at least as revealing as the hooters ladies wear

Re: hooters family friendly?
Well here comes ol' Tink to argue that point flat out.
(But you KNEW I'd show up)!
I will not support Hooters and not just for the clothing, rather for the overt hypersexuality of the whole place. Hooter is a street term for breast (regardless of their cutesy use of the owl...) and the skin tight tied shirts and short shorts are not something I want in my face when I'm trying to eat. Plus, I don't find that sort of clothing appropriate for women anywhere, let alone a workplace.
The Hooter's near DTD used to advertize that they had a "family friendly" dining area where the women wore "normal work clothes, meaning shirts and trousers) but I don't know if it's still there.
For my money and my conscience I'll dine elsewhere thanks.

Re: hooters family friendly?
They are actually facing an interesting legal challenge at the moment from a lady who was told to lose weight or else. Of course she was only 5'8" and 132 pounds and even so do they have the right? but they argue that she knew she had applied and been given the job based on looks and so on.
It's going to be an interesting case for sure

Re: hooters family friendly?
132 pounds at 5'8" is NOT heavy by any means. Ugh.
Are you TRYING to get me started?
