      My Flip does exactly that. Although Flip has Mac compatible software, I don't typically use it. I just import directly into iPhoto, then do a "Show in Finder" on the video, and use that in iMovie. Works a treat!

      If you remember the video I posted of "Sherman and the Cheerios", it was shot with my Flip.

      The fact that the Kodak Zx1 has removable storage and runs off standard batteries are all huge plusses based on my experience with the Flip. Wish I'd gotten that one instead.

      The flip just pops up on the desktop as a USB memory stick would and you can drag/drop to iMovie Pretty sure this works in the same way.

      yep thats what it says just the software. i dont use the sony software that came with mine. thing i would look for is a driver for the mac, or dont they matter so much as on windows?
