      Crowds after Christmas?

      I was wondering what the crowds are like right after Christmas. I know that New Years Eve and day are busy, but how busy? I have been in July, so I have seen really busy. Are those times comparable?

      Comparable, but NYE will outdo July. NY Day, things start to slow down measurably. LOADS of folks leave for home that day.

      Much will depend upon the day of the week on which NY Day falls.

      But NYE? Jammed. Shoulder to shoulder and I'm talking in EPCOT!

      We've noticed the crowds increasing every year we've been over the Christmas /New Year. A few years back around 4th / 5th january, attractions would be walk ons but not any more.

      I'm not so sure about that, foreverducky. It's wicked busy all over Disney. However, I've not been to DTD on NYE, so can't really speak from experience.

      Hmm, so maybe it's a check out the other resorts day. And really if we went to DTD, we wouldn't stay out late for the new years to come in. I'm usually in bed before then.

      Hmmmm, now that's odd. I edited my post above and added more comments and they aren't there.

      I had added that after remembering that PI is now a lump of nothing, DTD might be ok on NYE. Back in the day there used to be a huge NYE party on PI and it brought loads of people to the area that spilled over into DTD.

      That won't be the case now.
