The time change has got to be murder on ya'll! How do you manage? Do the internal time clocks change to match Florida at anypoint during your holiday?

actually I'm FINE when we get there.... I can choose whether to go to sleep after the hoop dee doo at midnightish florida time or stay up longer! Not tired in the slightest and fine the next morning

...but at the other end, coming back to the UK I'm absolutely useless for a good two weeks. That's whatever I do.... if I have naps, if I stay awake, whatever I do

The UK is 5 hours ahead of Florida so when we wake up at 4am our body clock thinks it's 9am and can't believe there's no caffeinated beverage for another 2 hours.

Have a wander around the resort, eat, unpack, bed.
I usually wake up by 4am and eat snacks to keep me going until I can get breakfast.

LOL true...I have a teenager and still do not have that kind of get up and go...I did once you know...but one day it got up and left without me LOL
