I've only driven through it but I do want to take a visit and quite frankly, I wouldn't mind living there. It is just beautiful.

      Re: St Augustine

Does anyone know if DH can do a half day deep sea fishing from St Augustine? Not looking at spending $100's.

We went to Clearwater last visit and before we went, I checked online and they wanted ridiculous money BUT, when we got there, there were loads of boats ready and for a very reasonable price. We had a dinner cruise booked though so DH didn't get to go

      Re: St Augustine

I found THIS ONE with the right sort of pricing but it's not the type of boat DH would prefer to go on - he's looking at the smaller boats.

Hmmm... okay. Like minds and all that.

You're gonna pay dearly for something like a 40' sport fisherman like this one:

Seriously, if all he's after is a half day, you're probably going to need to stick with something like the one we found.

      looks that way again
This was the problem we had for Clearwater yet when we got there he could have gone on many boats just like the sporty one for about $60 too.

Tom, is there a marina there where all the boats dock?
