      Ours does. There's a £20 that's being phased out right now so if anyone has the note with Edward Elgar on it get it to the bank and change it for a new one before it becomes useless.


      I have an old $2 bill - is that still ok?

      Yes the $2 will still spend, but they have become more like collector's items here. Like Tink and Johnie said our money never goes out of use. The Treasury just gradually removes old bills and replaces them with new ones.
