epcot has tumbleweed! just had lunch at cdf and there were 11 customers total. waiting for off kilter. may have a walk over to boardwalk before illuminations. xx

Early September is still one of the slowest times to be in WDW as the vast majority of the Northeastern (and other areas of the country) are back in school/college/uni. Everyone is geared toward getting their children/themselves! off to the new school year and WDW goes begging.

Other than the heat (which is still oppressive for the most part) and flirting with Hurricane Season, it can be a wonderful time to visit, as Issy is finding out!!

SO glad she is having a good time. She surely did need a nice holiday!

it was like that last time we went in oct hardly anyone there
