      Adrian .. came downstairs to find the dog sulking in the hallway .., me sitting in the living room cowering in the corner while Steven runs around the walls and tries to build a bridge out of sofas. Then Adrian announces that he hasn’t packed yet. I go into the foetal position on the floor and start whimpering.

      Our cat Oreo (AKA Cookie) gets the same way. Once we leave the house she goes to hide and the cat sitter never sees her. Only way he knows she is there is that food and water disappear and the litter box is being used.
