ok so we have to pay if the holiday is later than september the 8th or we apply later?

Can we apply now even though we have one still valid from last year?

No, the 8th sept is the date for the esta forms - if you fill the form out after 8th sept then you will have to pay entry to the US, if you fill out the forms before the 8th theres no charge!

We don't go until 1st November and I have already done mine, it will last 2 years from when I first filled out the form.
You can fill the basic information in and edit that information at a later date if you need to.
I will be changing the address of my villa as I didn't have it at the time of completing the form.

Yes you can.
Our other one didn`t expire until next year but I`ve just renewed them which are now good for a further 2 years.
