      Those little crabs from the Japan shop

      Tink knows what I mean. In Mitsukoshi in the Japan pavilion they sell bags of tiny cooked whole crabs, shells an all. Well we bought a bag home with us and me and Steven sampled them today.

      They taste like lumps of sea.

      Yuk.
      I love that shop, I always buy jasmine incense sticks there. They'd gone up to $9.50 last year. Ouch.
      We had a look at the food but didn't buy any.

      Well done for giving it a go. I'm not very brave when it comes to trying odd foods. I did try some unusual drinks at the F&W one year.

      Yes, they are quite nice. No bigger than a thumbnail for the most part. They are crispy and a bit sweet, with a pronounced flavor of the sea.

      Definitely not for everyone, but a nice bit of Japanese style eating that doesn't involve rice and limp seaweed.
