IPhone 4 Help

on everything . I downloaded I Tunes to my computer then I got a pop up Apple I Phone asking about pictures or Auto Default .( I don't want to transfer any pictures from my laptop to the phone I have no idea what I'm doing . Can someone help me in simple terms too what I'm suppose to do ?

You manually sync music by dragging it from your main itunes library and dropping it over the 'Tinks iPhone' bit on the left hand side (or Debs phone, whatever you've called it). Download apps through the app store on the phone itself, and you shouldn't have any problems. You'll figure it out as you go along, theres a lot to do with it so dont rush!

Have you added your email account to the mail app yet? thats very easy and useful if youre on yahoo (which I think you are?)
