Re: What have you forgotten to take on holiday?
Side note: The very first cruise I went on, I did not take enough fancy clothes for formal dinner. I will NOT be making that mistake this time.
I am sailing Holland America (for the 2nd time) with family & friends this January to Aruba & Curacao. So excited!!! Gotta remember TWO dressy dresses!Gwen

I forgot the suitcase keys
When I arrived home there they were on the kitchen table right by the back door waiting for me
Luckily a family member was able to pick the padlocks or we would have had to have slashed the cases open.

Re: What have you forgotten to take on holiday?
Mom was coming up from Florida one time to visit us and she forgot her luggage! Yup. Her luggage. Left it setting inside by the front door. At least she left it inside the house.
So no clothes - nothing! First thing we had to do was go out and buy her all the essentials. I was able to supply nightclothes and socks, but she needed everything else.
So now every time she comes up to visit, we remind her to put her suitcase in the car!!! LOL

Re: What have you forgotten to take on holiday?
I also forgot to take the pile of underwear for my DS, he only had the one pair he was wearing for the whole two weeks
I had to wash and dry them each night, luckily it was a hot country and they were dry each morning.
Got back home and there they were on the bed still. I don't know how I missed them lol.
