Some Help Please

Hi guys,

I have some guests who have booked the villa next May but we already have a booking for the first 2 days of their holiday so they need a hotel.

It's a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 children of 11, 8 & 5) and as we've never stayed in hotels I hoped that you guys could point me in the right direction of some decent places, that are family friendly but not too expensive, as it's the night they arrive so they'll just sleep there and then the next day when they'll be out most of the day.

If anyone has an idea od a Disney Hotel that might be suitable that would also be of interest.

What about port Orleans, they have trundle beds for the 3rd child

Thank you Esmerelda, I just checked and it says that 5 people is too many at Pop and when I did a search for a value resort, the cheapest one is Port Orleans Riverside and that works out at $1601 for 2 nights

Does that sound correct - if so I must be waaayy undercharging for the villa i can't believe it would be so much for just 2 nights.

So, are there any off site that anyone can recommend please

That Rosen one that has just changed from Quality Inn? Just for a night it shouldn't be too dear..... unless... they racked up their prices with the changeover. Failing that why not HOJO... it's only for one night, they don't even have to unpack.

Did I read that correctly? $1601 for 2 nights. No way. Even at rack rate, it shouldn't be more than $250 a night at POR

I just re checked and I think I had put in for a vacation package, so I have just looked again for room only and Port Orleans is coming out at $450 for the 2 nights so I will pass these details to her

I will also pass on some offsite suggestions so thanks for everyone's help
