      Tucked in early to some xmas baking

      Here is the test-run of our xmas desert this year. I made american/new york style cheesecake with mixed-berry compote (look for the 'bloomin' easy cheesecake recipe on jamie oliver's site) It is fantastic and I'm going to make another tomorrow for Xmas day.

      Strawberries, Blackberries & Blueberries It's so easy to make. Add in the fruit, chopped. A dash of water, 3-4 shots of vodka, sugar and simmer for 10 minutes
