What to go and see at the disney resorts?

next time we go we'd like to travel round all the disney resorts and have a little while in all of them. Our budget will be limited so this is our way of having fun at minimum cost

What would you recommend us to see at the resorts you've been to? thanx in advance

Visiting some of the resorts is a great way of seeing some parts of WDW without costing much [if any] cash at all.

It`s nice to visit the MK resorts located around the lake [the GF/Poly/Contemp] in the evening so as to get a reasonable view of the MK fireworks and the EWP.

At AKL, you could walk around a get a glimpse of the animals from the grounds where there are usually CM`s around to give you detailed information of the creatures that you are seeing.

You could get a reasonable view of Illuminations from the Boardwalk area by walking to the bridge area at International Gateway to the rear of Epcot.
The Boardwalk is also worth a visit in the evening to take in the street entertainers etc.

I also love seeing the theming of the pool area at WL, taking in the erupting guyser on an hourly basis.

The resorts [usually selling their unique merchandise] are almost an attraction themselves, This is especially valid over the festive season when the decorations take your breath away!

Definetly go to AKL... take a look around the lobby and then spend some time looking at the animals

We love to visit other resorts and check them out, especially during the Christmas season. As mentioned visit AKL and so out to the Savannah to see the animals. Go to the Contemporary and look at the post with all the drawings and see if you can find the five legged goat. Visit Wilderness Lodge and go out back to see the geyser. There is much more to see and do.

I didnt normaly go to the other resorts but went to quite a few last year favourites were BOARDWALK, POLYNESION ANDCONTEMPORARY
