Animal Kingdom - Which Dining experience?
After many years we are going to visit the Animal Kingdom this trip (we went the inaugural year and have not been back) and were wondering what 1 dining experience would you recommend???
Any advice is appreciated, we are still looking through dining reviews to figure this one out.

If you count Animal Kingdom Lodge as part of your experience then JIKO is our favorite. Boma and Sanaa are also great. At AK itself we loved the sit down at Yak and Yeti. We haven't been back to Tusker House since it changed formats. We don't do Pizzafari or Rainforest Cafe. For quick service we like Flame Tree Barbecue

Re: Animal Kingdom - Which Dining experience?
We enjoyed the buffet at Tusker House the best. We did have a lovely appetizer with drinks at Yak and Yeti, but haven't been back for much else.
We don't like Flame Tree at all, but will pick up a salad at Pizzafari. They have a nice sandwich there too.
We avoid Rainforest Cafe, too.Thank you for being a member of our Secrets Family!!! We are so very pleased to have you with us!

Re: Animal Kingdom - Which Dining experience?
DH absolutely loves the curry at Tusker House - and there is plenty of choice for all tastes, even my bland tastebuds are satisfied

Yak & Yeti is our second choice - love the sweet & sour.

Re: Animal Kingdom - Which Dining experience?
Completely agree on the Tusker House buffet. We have had lunch there 3 times and love it. Lots to choose from for the adventurous and not so adventurous eaters. Also the breakfast there is just as wonderful, plus you get characters! If you can get a reservation before park opening, close to 8am(for a 9am opening) you are right up by the Safari to be first in line, though they only let you go there once the other folk from rope drop have just about reached Tusker House.
