Yep, there is a pathway between the Poly and the GF, it goes past the Wedding Pavillion.
You can`t walk to MK from the GF though. There is a creek adjacent to the MK where they park the EWP floats which would prevent you from doing so anyhow....unless you decide to swim.

And with alligators and who knows what in that water, not about to swim.
