Looking at getting the Ipad2 in next couple of days if i can find somewhere here that has one, and then sell my Ipad when i get back home. Just for info if you are looking to get one out here and put UK sim in it when you get back DONT get the Verizon version as it does not take a sim card you need to get the AT&T one.
Been to a couple of electronic stores and Apple in Florida Mall today and no luck....always tomorrow

yeah I'm not really impressed with myself. The upgrades arent enough to justify even the hassle of the upgrade never mind the money. I can't help liking the look of the case more than anything else and thinner/lighter would be "nice" but argh yeah, overall it's not REALLY worth it I admit.

Interesting that everyone was saying they didnt anticipate a large upgrade and said most people will be new users which ended up being true in the polls so far but 1/3 of buyers had the ipad1 already. Which is quite a percentage really!

Thing is, it's going to sell out. So I can make efforts to get one on day one and just be happy or I can delay, ponder, moan, ponder some more and THEN try and get one and be in for a couple of months wait

Well I think you can get them engraved? maybe, possibly. Be a great way to remember the experience

Knowing my history of having to return things to the store, I'm guessing it'd just save a lot of hmming and tutting when getting it repaired if I didn't get it engraved.
