Re: Castle dressed as a cake?

I remember holding a sobbing 4 year old who when we flew to Florida couldn't wait to see the castle. It took until we returned in 2003 when as a 10 year old she finally got her wish!

My first (and only) view of the castle was when it was like this:

It was really nice but I would have preferred the 'plain' castle

Re: Castle dressed as a cake?

You will be surprised at the changes Josh. The castle is "proper" now. As a castle should be! I know you won't get to see it covered in lights at Christmas, during your upcoming tour here, but it's pretty then too.

Re: Castle dressed as a cake?

O.M.G.....That is the most AWESOME picture! Wish I could've seen it as a b-day cake! I don't remember the Cinderellabration decor.

I like the new Wishes pre-show where they project images onto the castle. That's pretty sweet. You can't see any of the pics of the people but the rest of the graphics are pretty dang cool. I tear up a bit when they make the castle black & white and Walt is there.

I think the dumbest thing was the Mickey hand and wand with Epcot in script on Spaceship Earth. I think that was a total "what were they thinking?" moment.
