I'm Bessie & like to consider myself a huge Disney/Florida fan

Done 5 trips to florida in all, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 & 2008, such a long spell in between the last 2 as we were there during 9/11 terrorist attacks & have to admit it put me off a little.

Have a little one who's 4 now & cant wait to take him, so tempted for this year if anyone can point me in the direction of any cheap flights during the 6 weeks school holiday lol

Hi Bessie,

We are also always stuck with school holidays but you just can't get cheap flights. We have always found the best time to book flights in just after Christmas when the airlines have their sales, we have paid £599 ish for this August

Buying a villa - if you can do it without having to rent out then that is lovely but if you have to rent it, that's a whole different ball game and then villas need to be renamed as 'Moneypits'

Do lots of research before you make the commitment
