but I just heard that British Invasion will have their last performance at EPCOT on April 30.

No news on who will replace them, only that there will be a replacement.

Can't imagine walking through the UK without the BI playing in the background.

When I went to Epcot last month, after their last performance of the night they did an encore. There was a giant mass of people in the square during "Twist & Shout" (more than I've ever counted in the past). After the song, everyone started chanting "ONE MORE SONG!" So the band obliged by turning the lights & sound back on and cranked out "She Loves You" one more time.

That is the last time I saw them.

You know, I never really thought they were all that great, but they fit the scenario Disney created at the UK. They were loud and fun, what more could you want?!

Will be interesting to see who or what type of band replaces them.

Heck, I still miss Bella Nova.
