SeaWorld being sued for stealing design ideas
SeaWorld is being sued by Revere Entertainment Studios, who is claiming that SeaWorld has stolen ideas from them.
The two companies met together in 2006 and officials from Revere shared details of design plans they were working on, hoping to work with the theme park on seeing these ideas to fruition. Tucker H. Byrd, Revere's attorney, said, "The belief was the project was positively received by SeaWorld. Later, SeaWorld advised they were not interested in moving forward with the project." Revere claims that after the meeting, attractions based on a few hundred of their designs began showing up at SeaWorld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa.
In the suit, Revere is claiming a "breach of implied contract and duty of good faith." The suit is for the design service's value, which is normally in the range of 3.5 - 10% of construction costs.
If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.
Winne the Pooh - A A Milne

A friend is a hand that is always holding yours,
no matter how close or far apart you may be.
A friend is someone who is always there and will always, always care.
A friend is a feeling of forever in the heart.
