General pin trading question

Hi
I have been sucked into collecting pins and have been looking about to get more information about the pins I already have (more to see if I have any rare ones).
I came across a site which mentions pin numbers and when I have looked I can't see these on the pins themselves

Does anyone know how you find out either what the number is for the pins or where to get more information about the pins?

I don't think Disney assigns numbers to pins other than the SKU. I know there's a couple of sites that have their own pin databases and they do use a specific number to reference each pin.

As far as the definitive source for pin information, why not go here to the horse's mouth as it were.

Thanks Tom, I think I did try that site but because I use my iPad most the time I couldn't load the site

(damn flash player). I'll use the laptop and have a look.

all pins have # but there listed by pin traders on pin pics
im sure you can Google it or pm me on how to use this feature
of finding out the # for the pin you own
