SeaWorld??
Recently a friend of a friend mentioned that on her trip to FL a couple of months ago (early April) she was very very disappointed with SeaWorld. She felt the change in ownership had really allowed the quality to decline. Has anyone else been since April or even this year who can tell me if her expectations are too high or if it's worth skipping while we are there in December? I will likely revisit this topic again closer to time, but SeaWorld was something I felt both my older daughter (12) and my husband would really enjoy. Thoughts??
Previous Trips:
DisneyLand: 1980, 1982, 2001
WDW: 2011
DCL (Disney Dream): 2012

Re: SeaWorld??
We haven't noticed any decline and love SW.
If you are going in December, there is a fantastic ice skating show / Shamu Christmas Miracles / Fireworks / Clyde & Seamore Xmas show etc

Re: SeaWorld??
I don't LOVE the park but it's quite fun. I've always found it a bit of a jarring contrast with the staff v Disney and so on. Not saying all seaworld staff are awful but I come across indifference and unhelpfulness far more at seaworld than Disney.
That having been said, I didnt find the change of ownership changing anything for good or bad. YET.
