tough one for so many people.
Glad we all have Disney to
make the tough days better.I am:
iPad fault.
I have noticed that the screen of my 7 month old ipad has started to get the odd appearance of clouding, a does anyone know if I take it to the apple store they will replace it or just try and get it repaired?

I know with the iPhones apple are really good at replacing them when they go wrong (even when it is a short battery life or it's dropping phone calls). Ok they are not brand new but reconditioned but are just as good.
It's worth a shot going into the store - you never know until you ask, just make sure you take a back up of your iPad through your iTunes and make an appointment (you can do this through the apple website)

I'd take it back to the Apple store.

Your iPad is covered by a one year limited warranty and as long as there's no obvious abuse (you haven't held it underwater in the bath have you?), they should make it right. Whether they repair or replace it is something they'll have to determine but the one time I had to deal with Apple on a warranty item (original iPhone), they replaced it for me even though it was just over the warranty period.

Thanks, I will have to pop up to our local store and ask them.
I am hoping to sell it as I want upgrade to the IPad 2, so I need to know if it is something that will get worse or is a fault with them.

Finally booked an appointment at my local apple store, he guy was great he took my iPad away for a few moments to check the faults and then came back say yes it was faulty, but we don't have any replacements in store so he had ordered one and they would contact me a 2-3 days to collect it.
I am hoping to sell this on eBay has I want to get the iPad 2 but I'm not sure how much to ask, any ideas?
