‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and ‘Private Practice’ Stars Visit Walt Disney World

Chandra portrays Dr. Miranda Bailey on “Grey’s Anatomy” and Audra portrays Dr. Naomi Bennett on “Private Practice” who were on vacation separately with family and friends, just happened to be at Walt Disney World at the same time recently.

The two joined Dr Mickey and Nurse Minnie, who dressed up in their medical finest, to make a special "mousecall" at a photo shoot in front of Cinderella’s castle.

In addition to their television stardom, both are accomplished and award-winning performers on Broadway, and Audra has a string of successful solo recordings.

Look for both series to be back in the 2011 fall line up on ABC. Grey’s Anatomy will air at 9 p.m. on Thursdays, with its spinoff Private Practice following on Thursdays at 10 p.m.

My wife is a fan of Private Practice. She would have been more excited to see Taye Diggs or Tim Daily though.

Season Five: 2011-2012

On January 10, 2011, ABC renewed Private Practice for a fifth season.^[21]
It was announced on 9 February 2011, that Audra McDonald, who plays the character Naomi Bennett, will not return as a regular cast member in the fifth season of Private Practice, however said she may return as a guest star or a recurring character.
Following the departure of Audra McDonald, it was announced on 20 March 2011 that actor Benjamin Bratt will be added to the series as a regular cast member for the fifth season of the show. However, the details on his addition to the show are being kept under wraps.

Interesting, glad it will be back. My DW had read something in TV Guide about it not being renewed or it being still up for discussion.
