Yes, although you can get it elsewhere, Kona does it best.
It is a HUGE breakfast, and from my perspective very, very sweet. It's French toast, stuffed with banana and then deep fried. It's served with confectioner's sugar and syrup.
I've shared some once. I know many folks love it! Well worth a try, but if you eat the whole thing by yourself, you won't be eating again until dinner!

I've had it once and it was delicious, but really way too sweet for me.

There was a time when the All Star food courts had it too, but not sure if they still do.
